Thursday 8th April, we had Champagne and Chips at the Allanwater Cafe, a really good night organised by George Morrison. Shane was along from Woodwinters and gave an interesting talk supporting the champagnes that he had chosen for the evening. The champagnes went really well with the fish and chips, remind me that a small fish would have been plenty.
After the meal Rod quized everyone on their knowledge of fishes, with two winning teams , Ken and Lawrie and Peter and Ranald.
