The Rotary Foundation is Rotary's worldwide charitable trust.
While each Rotary Club operates a charitable trust of its own the Rotary Foundation (RF) is the charity which supports global programmes in addition to giving more local grants.
The "End Polio Now" campaign which is on the verge of eliminating polio worldwide has been funded through this charity. Other examples are Ambassadorial Scholars, Peace Scholars, and grants to assist building works and water and health projects around the world.
