Club Council oversees the entire running of the club though ultimately most things are decided by democratic vote of the membership at Business Meetings which are held throughout the year.
All major proposals, whether they originate from a Committee or a Member will go to Club Council before coming the whole club for discussion and voting. This way most proposals are well understood and thought through before we dicsuss openly.
Club Council consist of : President, Secretary, Treasurer, Immediate Past President, President-Elect and then a number of ordinary members elected by the club; as defined by the constitution of Rotary.
