The Burnham Donkey Derby has been organised by Burnham Beeches Rotary
for over 30 years and during that time over £350,000 has been raised
and donated to local charities and needy causes.
We call it the 'ALMOST' The Donkey Derby' because we no longer have donkey races but we do have everything else! This includes donkey rides, a wide variety of stalls, food, entertainment, beer tent, cake stall prosecco tent and a funfair.
The 2024 event was opened by Rtn Gareth Hopkins who introduced Will Mellor and Councillor Marie Hammon to the delight of the audience. Once again the weather was ideal and everyone enjoyed the entertainment stalls and not least the food and drinks.
Put the date in your diary for the 2025 event - Saturday May 24th.
