This page has been created to explain how to login to the members' section of Rotary websites. It is visible to the public but as non-members will not have a registered Rotary email address they will not be able to complete the login process.
Overview
The Club website has two sections, Public and Members’ only. In addition there are websites for RGBI, RI, District 1090 and MyRotary. Access to all the Rotary sites including the Club’s Members section is by using your email address and password.It is possible to login at each of the sites using the email address you gave when you joined the Club. The first time you attempt to login you will need to create a password. – use the same one for each of the sites if requested.
In all cases there are instructions for forgotten usernames and passwords. If you have problems, contact the Webmaster.

Club website – login instructions
Open the Club website www.rcbb.co.uk
Click on Members then you will see this page:
There are then two options:
Option A – Go to the Club template website using template login
Option B –Takes you to the members area of the Rotary international (RI) website
Now click on template login and you see :
If you know your username (email address) and password - fill them in and click SIGN IN
If you don't know one or both of these or you want to change them - proceed as follows
Click anywhere on Forgotten your template password?
You will then be directed to a ’Forgotten Template login details’ page.
Enter
the e-mail address currently on the Club's database answer the tricky questions
then click Send
The email address must be the one currently on the site's database.
Try your regular one if in doubt.
You will receive an email from Template Admin, subject "Reset your Username/Password" with a link
Copy and paste this link to your browser and you should get a form like this
Enter your new password Click Reset and you will be given a login screen.
When logging in remember to use Template Login
Once logged in you (and only you) can alter your username under Members Area/Update your details. Changing your password requires you to follow the procedure above from the top.
