Bridge building at Wonolagi
Our international project in Indonesia takes giant steps forward with the building of a footbridge between the village and the school.....all closely monitored by Bob Orskov.
The following photos show the preparation of the foundations for the bridge being built at Wonolagi, Indonesia which is one of our major International projects and was funded by our club together with a contribution from the R/C of Aberdeen Deeside.
When the bridge is completed it will save the local children having to wade through the river to get from their village to the school on the other side. At times, the river is in flood and thus prevents the local children from attending school.
