The 3rd annual Sunday Lunch in aid of charity 'Hope Against Cancer' was held at Sysonby Knoll Hotel on October 5th, 2025

Melton Belvoir Rotary club have held their 3rd annual Sunday Lunch fundraising event for ‘Hope Against Cancer’ raising a magnificent £600 for the charity.

The cheque presentation was made on behalf of the club by President Kim Kettle to Rotarian organisers Pam Posnett and Tony Wallis. Grateful thanks also go to Jenny and Jude from Sysonby Knoll Hotel, who, along with their brilliant staff, helped produce an excellent meal for almost 80 people.

‘Hope Against Cancer’ are a local charity which supports world-class cancer research and clinical trials that directly benefits people in Leicestershire and Rutland.
