The intrepid Toni Davis (wife of our member Humphrey) has not only been visiting Ukraine for the second time, delivering a vehicle for the charity P4P (Pickups for Peace), but this time took with her one of our Rucksacks4Homeless. With her co-driver Debbie they had arranged to meet up with a Ukrainian Rotarian from the Lviv region. Debbie’s Rotary club had also donated £500 of medical aid. Ukrainian Rotary clubs have been fundraising to help with the war effort by providing water fountains in school bomb shelters. They have had 600 requests from schools in the Lviv region alone. Photo shows Toni presenting the rucksack to Borys. Well done Toni for your courageous efforts to help others.
