RuckSacks4Homeless

Our Rucksacks4Homeless project is expanding. The number of homeless rough sleepers on any night in the UK rose to nearly 4000 last winter. That number in not likely to fall soon. We continue to supply “Survival Kits” - emergency rucksacks with sleeping bags, warm clothing and other items to rough sleepers in the Melton, Syston and North Leicester. area. This initiative is now being taken up by our fellow Rotarians at RC Alford & Mablethorpe. Thanks to TESCO for supporting us financially with one of their grants.
