You can download and print two self guided tours of varying lengths of 5k and 10k from this website . These routes are suitable for walking, running or cycling . You can choose your own date and time with no map reading skills required . The walks start and finish near local shops , cafes and pubs where , restrictions allowing , you can get a well earned coffee or something a little stronger. Please get a downloadable guide by booking using the lik below .
After booking you will be sent a confirmation followed shortly by a second email with the route details attached.
