We would like to say a big thank you to the people of Stockport for their generosity and to all those who gave up their time during sometimes very inclement weather to help collect for charity with Santa.
Particular thanks go to the Rotary E club of Greater Manchester and Cheshire and all the other regular friends of the club. Without this help then our busy schedule would simply not be possible.
Stockport Lamplighters support a variety of charities . In 2019 these included Loaves and Fishes for the homeless, Kidneys for Life, Alex Holme Foundation for childhood cancer research, Help for Heroes, Kinder Mountain Rescue, ABC Special needs Group , local families in need , projects in Brinnington , worldwide disaster funds , Lendwithcare , Polio eradication and many more.
more As usual we will be out and about with Santa and his Sleigh during December. This information is provisional and will be updated nearer the relevant dates.
