An evening of international music and food to celebrate Christmas
This was a great evening of internatonal music and food, celebrating the different ways that our community enjoys the Christmas period. We were treated to music and dance from St John's the Baptist of Heaton Mersey Choir, Anantha Ganesh United Arts Tamil Group, Yuting Chen and Xiadan Yin from Oriental Breeze Chinese Music Ensemble. St Mary's and St Mina's Coptic Church Choir, and The Persian Christian Fellowship of Heaton Mersey.
A nice selection of food was availabe, prepared by The Coptic Church, the South Persian Fellowship and South Manchester Muslim Community Association. Sales of this raised over £300 for the church funds.

There are a large number of Rotary International Recreational and Vocational Fellowships where regardless of club or location , Rotarians with common interests can communicate and participate.
