Tea in a Tent

The Rotary Shelterbox on 23rd August at Wetheral, on the Green.

TEA IN A TENT

The sunny Saturday morning stillness at Wetheral on 23rd August was shattered with the arrival of the Rotary Shelterbox on the Green and a gazebo at the church. The erected Shelter tent and the contents of the box attracted a steady stream of visitors, many of which made their way to the church for teas and other refreshments. With Rotarians and Inner Wheel working together, the day raised £473 for Shelterbox.
