Four Rotakids Groups mentored by members of Brampton & Longtown Rotary put in an amazing effort at their December 2023 fundraising events. Animal Charities, Shelter and a Children's Hospice all benefitted from their events.
Fir Ends Primary School raised over £150 for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association from a Film Event run for the pupils. Hayton C of E Primary School held a Reindeer Run, raising an amazing £1856, 50% of this will be going to Jigsaw, Cumbria's Children’s Hospice. Irthington Village School raised over £100 from a Christmas Fair for Shelter and Penny Jones Animal Hospice. Wreay C of E Primary School held a Sponsored Run, raising £617 for Oak Tree Animals' Charity.
