The RotaKids Groups are a fun way for children to make friends, learn about citizenship and get involved with important activities in the community. This can boost their confidence and can provide a valuable experience in learning new and interesting things as well as helping others.
The Groups can choose charities they wish to support through fundraisers that they then organise. They are mentored by members of Rotary in Brampton & Longtown.
We have Rotakids groups at six local primary schools :
We also offer these schools the opportunity to take part in some of our Youth projects such as the Rotakids District Conference and Rotary Young Writer competition.
Our projects at the school include Rotary Young Photographer and Rotary Young Textile Technologist Competitions.
Click on the links to the right of this page for more information about some of our Youth projects.
We hold regular on-line information sessions where you can find out more about Rotary and our Club. Just complete the form on our Join us page.
