51st Anniversary Charter Celebration Dinner

On behalf of the Rotary Club of Ingatestone, President Jon Cloke cordially invites you and your guests to our 51^st Charter Night Celebration Dinner and office handovers, to be held at the IVY HILL HOTEL, in Margaretting, on Thursday, 25^th of June 2026.

Arrival and pre-reception drinks at 6:30 PM, followed by a 3-Course Dinner and Coffee to be served at 7 PM.

Speeches after the meal, followed by a presentation by Laura and Kirsten on behalf of the Royal British Legion, given the fact that this year marks the 20^th anniversary of the unveiling of the Ingatestone War Memorial. 

Given the solemn theme, we've opted for a Black-Tie dress code, but a Lounge Suit is perfectly acceptable as well.

The 3-course dinner and coffee are £35 per person. 

We are currently just awaiting the dinner menu choices from the Ivy Hill Hotel, so we will send them through to everyone as soon as we have them.

Additionally, we will also inform you how the dinner pre-payment can be made.
