We were delighted to again welcome back THE JIVE ACES and The Salty Town Six in July 2024
On a dry evening, around 650 attended this outdoor concert - held in the gardens of Ingatestone Hall by kind permission of Lord Petre.
The event went with a swing - and raised almost £6,500 for our chosen charities
- Dementia UK - Farleigh Hospice - The Not Forgotten and Macmillan Cancer Support.
In 2010 our club took over this popular event from Rotary Club of Shenfield & Hutton, so we have managed the event successfully for 14 years.
For 2025 we are taking a break and the ‘ Summer Evening Jazz’ event will not be held.
This event has been very popular and not only well attended but has been a major part of our charitable fund raising.
Our grateful thanks to all those concert goers, to our Sponsors, to the Jazz bands & The Jive Aces and to those Rotarians and friends who made this event possible over the past 18 or so years - so much has been raised for charitable causes. THANK YOU ALL
We will continue with raising money for good causes and would welcome support from the wider community to help us to achieve these goals. If you would like to get involved, please contact us via Contact in menu.
