Ingleton House Pond Clean-up: Day 1, Saturday 30th May 2020
Get stuck in! The first day.
Pretty gruelling, muddy grim job but also very satisfying, in the hope we can get the Pond up and running, with its brimming water fountain and livestock of goldfish.
The Rotary Club of Ingatestone wishes to thank the following volunteers who showed up today:
- Andrew, John, Chris McGrath, David, Graham & Helder but not forgetting Sandy & Janis who kept us well-nourished with food & beverages throughout the hot day.
Work continues tomorrow, Sunday 31st May 2020 from around 9:30am, so more VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.
You will be more than welcome.
If you have some spare time and wish to volunteer please just show up

Just the one segment of water lilies root system to be dug up and removed, then it's onto another long list of to-do pond tasks.
Full-on day for Chris (more or less fast becoming our onsite manager) & David (our pump equipment specialist).
With moral support, sporadic help & visits from several other Rotary Club of Ingatestone members & local residents.
