Well done to all the Rotarians, their Family Members, the Friends & Associates of Rotary, the Community Club, all the Traders and all the Volunteers for helping make a success out of our most recent venture:
- The 1st Ingatestone Christmas Market
We probably got to some stage when this was ongoing that we thought we may have taken on more than we could chew but with lots of goodwill, willpower & sheer perseverance we got it done.
Just a quick mention and thanks to our Friend of the Rotary Club of Ingatestone, Trevor Hosking, not only for his generous sponsorship and barrier material but all his sage experience and advice on the logistics of getting in & out the venue. Don't think we would have managed as well as we did without this insight.
The Christmas Market Committee members should get a worthy mention -all give themselves a little pat on the back but it would not be out of place to say that Committee Chairmen Nigel Wagland & President Ian Churley have really put in a proper shift with some serious hard work and lots of hours mulling over all the minute details, the myriad of variables - many sleepless & long nervy hours with worries & concerns!
Well done to all of you who helped make this NEW Ingatestone Community venture a success.
