St. George's Day Breakfast
On Sunday 23rd April 2017, a social event held by Edna & Ian Churley
28 fun loving revelers enjoyed a English breakfast able cooked by Edna and son Alan whilst listening to some stirring music including Land of Hope and Glory amongst some old East End songs from the past.
The weather was laid on to be sunny and it was quite warm for April.
It was of course a healthy breakfast with bacon, sausages, eggs, hash browns and beans of course toast and tea (or coffee).
Just over £120.00 was raised from the breakfast (with some kind donations) for Polio.
