Club members enjoyed an informative afternoon at St Michael's Hall, Gidea Park learning resuscitaion techniques.

Vicky Archer and Colin Swann of Primary Life Line, were invited by the Inter Club Liason group to come and give a demonstration on what, and what not to do in an emergency situation involving incapacitated people.

It was fun learning what might prove to be a life saver in the future. Our thanks to Vicky and Colin. Pics.
