Last Friday, 10th May, the Rotary Club of Dunmow, supported by the Rotary Club of Takeley, held their Youth Competition Awards Event.
Six competitions were held this year, including Young Artist, Environmentalist, Musician, Photographer, Writer and Youth Speaks (a debating competition). All the placed competition winners were presented with a certificate and a prize for their achievements.
This year has been a very successful one with four entries reaching the National Rotary Finals, for which the results are awaited.
Well done to all the entrants in this year’s competitions and especially the winners and National finalists.
The award winners are pictured with the Mayor of Great Dunmow Town, Cllr. Peter Childs.
