75th Anniversary
75 years ago, on the 9th February 1949, the Rotary Club of Dunmow received it’s Charter, forming the club. Whilst the World has changed significantly over the last 75 years, the Rotary Club of Dunmow continues to thrive in the town, supporting many local, national and international charities and organisations with its efforts. In addition, having some good fun along the way.
Rotary Clubs, as the Rotary Club of Dunmow, are open to community minded people of all ages and gender from 18 years of age. If you would like to be part of our journey, please contact us via dunmow.rotary@gmail.com for more details.
The image shown is believed to be of the 1949 Charter Dinner, held in Foakes Hall, Dunmow. The Club will be celebrating this event with an anniversary dinner, but not on quite the scale of the original.

Through the Rotary Club of Dunmow - Collinson Legacy Fund, we have been able to provide Helena Romanes School, Dunmow, with a number of new musical instruments.

The Community Service Committee is responsible for organising events to give direct service to the community OR to raise funds for community groups and charities. Examples include: Father Christmas collections & Community Concerts.

The Membership Service Committee looks after the welfare of members and recruitment of new members. Committee Chair: Barry Clark.

The international Service Committee is responsible for our international service, including raising funds for International Charities and Foundation. It organises member's visits and exchange programmes.
