Dunmow Rotarians were today joined by Charlotte Gill who provided an interesting talk on the work done by the charity Play Action International. The charity works in disadvantaged communities building play areas to enhance child education in mainly African countries.
Charlotte is a final year student at Loughborough University and a volunteer for the charity, she is going to Uganda in August 2023 on a play area building scheme, for which she is raising funds for both her trip and the charity.
In the picture Charlotte is seen with Dunmow Rotary President Colin Bradley presenting a donation cheque to her for the project.
