On the 22nd of May, the Rotary Club of Dunmow hosted its annual Youth Competition Awards Event. This year’s competition included Young Artist, Environmentalist, Musician, Photographer and Writer.
Our youth competition prize winners, their parents and grandparents, attended the event. Unfortunately, not all winners could make it but those who did received certificates and prizes for their achievements. Those who couldn’t attend will receive their certificates and prizes separately.
This year has once again been a successful one with just under 90 entries across the five competitions. Two entries in each of the Young Photographer, Writer & Environmentalist and one Young Artist entry have now gone on to reached the National Rotary Finals, for which the results are awaited.
Well done to all the entrants in this year’s competitions and especially the winners and National finalists.
The award winners attending are pictured with the Great Dunmow Town Mayor, Councillor Carole Sullivan.
