Club Meetings – Rotary Club of Brentwood

The Rotary Club of Brentwood meets at 6:30 PM at the charming Marygreen Manor Hotel, typically on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Please check our Club Calendar for any changes or special events. 

Tell us you are coming

Each meeting includes a two-course meal, and we’ve recently introduced a new opt-in meal system to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Starting with our meeting on Tuesday 15th July 2025, members are asked to confirm attendance and meal choices in advance.

Why the Change?

• To help Marygreen Manor receive accurate meal orders.
• To prevent club funds being lost due to meals prepared for members who are unable to attend.

What You Need to Do

We now use a single online form where you can:

• Confirm your attendance
• Choose your menu option
• Pay by card in advance
• Submit apologies (optional)

Meeting Types

• Business Meetings (usually one per month) are for Rotarians only, focusing on Club operations and updates from Officers and Committee Chairs.
• On the 3rd Tuesday of each month, we host a Speaker Meeting, open to members and guests, featuring engaging talks on a wide range of topics.
