"From Iowa to Scotland: A bit about me”


Global Grant Scholar Becca Draus from Iowa, USA is currently a MSc Information and Library Studies student at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Previous to coming to Scotland for her masters, Becca was a primary school teacher for four years. 


In her presentation, Becca shared information about Iowa and the area that she grew up in, along with what her life has been like living in rural Iowa and how she came to be in Scotland.


During this difficult time we are meeting online twice per month on the 2nd and 4th Thursday's at 7pm via Zoom.
