Sarah Hammond - 'C.A.B. - then and now'

The title of Sarah's talk is "CAB - then and now" and as an illustration she has provideded a copy of an old CAB bus that was used to give advice and info.
The talk will consist of an old Pathe newsreel about Citizens Advice in 1942 (very amusing) and then she will talk about how the service has changed and then detail what is now done in East Ayrshire.
