Women's Refuge Santa train/party
Once again, we hosted a full day of activity for mothers and their children, from our local Women's Refuge. Firstly, we all went to Ludborough for a ride on the Santa steam train, where the children met and received gifts from Santa. There was then entertainment from the naughty elf and his friend. We sang Christmas songs and ate Christmas sweeties. After this, our guests were treated to a Craft party, where we made Christmas decorations and cards and there was lots of delicious party food and yummy cakes made by our friends from the local Inner Wheel group. Thank you to all who helped to ensure everyone had a happy day.
