The Rotary Club of Bridgwater had a wonderful time at Wembdon Village Day, meeting local residents and enjoying the fantastic community atmosphere.
Our Rotary gazebo attracted plenty of visitors, with information about the work Rotary does locally and internationally. One of the highlights of the day was our “Find the Key” competition, where visitors had the chance to unlock the mystery box and win a teddy bear.
Congratulations to our two lucky winners, who successfully found the correct keys and unlocked the boxes to claim their teddy bears!
We would also like to say a big thank you to everyone who generously donated to the Nepal–Tibet Flood Disaster Fund. Your support will help those affected by this devastating disaster.
A special thank you also goes to all the Rotarians who worked hard throughout the day, manning the stand, talking to visitors and collecting donations. Your time, effort and commitment helped make the day such a success.
Finally, thank you to everyone who came along to support us and helped make Wembdon Village Day such an enjoyable community event. We look forward to being involved again next year!
