Sameera Nilan was welcomed as our newest member of Carnforth Rotary on the evening of 12th February 2026, following several visits and participation.
President Kath Bromilow read out the compliant reasons of why he qualifies and requirements leading to the Rotary overall objective of “Service Above Self” stating it was a pleasure to welcome Sam and we are all looking forward to working with him in the community.
Sam’s vocation is that of industrial crane driver and his mentor is Past President and Treasurer John Blowes.
'What We Do' Main Pages:
Carnforth Rotary is very active in the community. Also, with being responsible for the upkeep of two boundary stones, our rotarians can often be seen around the area.
