Our annual photograph competition. This year’s theme is “Celebration.”

Last year’s Competition Winner: Lisa Innes: Moment of Solitude

The competition is open to all Rotarians, partners, family and friends. Alistair Pryde, proprietor of Words & Pictures, South Queensferry, has kindly agreed to judge the entries. The overall winner will receive a bottle of bubbly and the best placed Rotarian will receive the Robert Cleland Quaich. 2nd and 3rd placed will also receive a prize. The theme for 2025 is “Celebration” which you are free to interpret as you wish.

All funds raised by the competition and a raffle will be donated to Malawi Maternity & Neonatal Health Hospital. There will be a presentation of all entries and the winners announced on Thursday 17 April 2025 at 7pm within Thirty Knots, South Queensferry to which all are invited.

The wee print -

• The photograph must be your own work.

• If you are submitting an image of a child we must have permission of the parent or guardian.

• By entering the competition you give the Rotary Club of South Queensferry permission to publish the image in any way including print press, website and social media.

• You will always retain copyright and we will always attribute the image to you.

• We reserve the right to reject any images deemed unsuitable or inappropriate.
