Club Meeting

On Thursday 21st October President Derek Clark welcomed everyone to the first hybrid meeting of the Rotary Club of South Queensferry. Sixteen members gathered for soup, sandwiches and fellowship at the Bistro Restaurant at Conifox in Kirkliston. Many others joined the meeting on Zoom. During the pandemic, Queensferry Rotary has focused on local projects, improving and refurbishing community facilities. Members had the chance to meet and socialise within legal limits while benefiting the community and environment.  The first  meeting at Conifox offered an opportunity to  catch up with fellow Rotarians many of whom had not met for several months. During this most enjoyable occasion, prospective member Emma O'Hara was introduced. Emma received a warm welcome from those in the restaurant and watching from home.
