Fellowship Evening

Holding a fellowship evening under current regulations can be a daunting prospect. The Rotary Club of South Queensferry rose to the challenge on Thursday 20th August when President Irene Brownless hosted a Biscuit World Cup. Four teams on Zoom split into breakout rooms to compete. Just like the football competition, they started with sixteen biscuits and had to pick the favourite between two for each match. The competition progresses to quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final between Tunnock's Caramel Wafers and Kit Kat. Tunnock's Caramel Wafers had a convincing win. The evening provoked much amusement and considerable nostalgia for biscuits past and present.
