Community Projects

Club members carry out a range of projects to improve our community.


The aim of our Projects Committee is to plan, deliver and support a variety environmental, community and fundraising service projects in the South Queensferry area.

Such projects include the following:

Environmental Projects:

  • Beach Clean-Up and Litter Picking in and around South Queensferry
  • Queensferry Planting
  • Purple for Polio Crocus Planting 
  • Dalmeny (Adopt a Station) Planting
Community Projects:
  • Primary and High School Support Activities (e.g. mock job interviews)
  • Stewarding Ferry Fair parade

Fundraising Projects:

  • Rotary Raft Race (Chaity fundraiser)
  • Queensferry Care (QCCC) Golf Day
  • Santa's Sleigh
