Every year we arrange for St John Ambulance to spend a day on Broad Street, Newtown offering free blood pressure checks and advice regarding healthy living to anyone who wishes to take advantage of the offer.
In July 2019 50 people had their blood pressures taken. A donation to the Newtown Division of St John Ambulance was made in recognition of the time and experience they offered to the people of Newtown.
This is the first session since 2019 due to COVID.
Come along and have your blood pressure taken and chat with the Newtown St John Ambulance about any problems you may have with your heart and circulation.
