The basic details of the Treasure Hunt are that it is taking place on Sunday 11th September with a staggered start at a point to be advised later. People will be given their starting time nearer the date. There is a carvery lunch at the finishing point starting at around 1.30 and it is hoped that we will be able to have a room to ourselves. To keep it simple everyone will pay for their own food and drink.
Car sharing is fine and there will be some prizes at the end. This is not a fund raising event but there will be a small fee just to cover the cost of the prizes and any other bits & pieces.
Can’t think of anything else without giving the game away!
Kind regards
David
