Rotary Special Recognition Awards are presented to members of the community who have given exemplary service.
Stephen Brooksbank and Colin Hurst have, over a number of years, given many hours voluntarily in maintaining The Community Partnership's GeoPark Play Park on Paignton Green.
In making the presentations, President Mike Kirkham said;
"These two amazing gentlemen get up in the early hours, in all weathers, to ensure the Play Park is clean, and when necessary, repaired, so that thousands of children can safely enjoy the amazing facility.
They have also enabled the refurbishment of the shelters on the seafront, assisting South Devon College pupils in restoring these valuable assets. Both rewards well deserved!"
