Rotary Newton Abbot has 31 corporate members growing year on year from our first in 2016.The club is now a vibrant tapestry of individuals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing fresh perspectives and renewed vitality to its activities. This dynamic mix has fostered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, encouraging members to share ideas, learn from one another, and collaborate on meaningful projects.
Whether through hands-on community support, offering professional insights, or simply forging new friendships, everyone is encouraged to contribute in ways both big and small. The club has become not only a hub for service, but also a nurturing ground for personal and professional growth. Here, the spirit of giving back is interwoven with self-development, creating a space where making a difference locally and beyond, goes hand in hand with making lasting connections.
Rotary clubs work to benefit the lives of others, both locally and abroad. Rotary founded in 1905 was likely the first modern day networking club with the 4 founding members rotating their offices for meetings.
Rotary Newton Abbot founded in 1922 continues to play an active and supportive role in the community and welcomes anybody or business who share the ethos of Rotary which revolves around Service Above Self, promoting friendship, diversity, integrity, and leadership.
January started with the Devon Clinic joining becoming the 31st corporate member.
