Youth Award 2015

The annual Rotary Club of Lostwithiel Youth Award for 2015 of £100 has been awarded to Joe Brown. Joe"™s job is to keep the streets and roads of Lostwithiel clean.

A Club Youth Award of £100 may be given at the discretion of the Club’s Youth Activities Committee to an individual or a group of young people who have made an exceptional contribution to the community over the past year.

For 2015, we have awarded it to Joe Brown, whose job is to keep the streets and roads of Lostwithiel clean.

Joe was chosen because of the excellent job he does.

The Rotary Club of Lostwithiel, businesses and residents of Lostwithiel wanted to show their appreciation for what Joe does. Joe does such an excellent Job that we and the community wanted to show our appreciation. Clean streets and roads make such a difference to the town and we wanted Joe to get the recognition he deserves and to let him know how important his job is within the community.

Joe said he would like to thank the Rotary Club of Lostwithiel, businesses and residents of Lostwithiel who contributed to the award and said how he appreciates the recognition.
