Wayfairing Vicar Dave Foster does it again!

Rev Dave walks again

A retired vicar from Worcestershire is no stranger to long distance walking.

In 2024 he embarked on a sponsored walk across England & Wales. Departing from Lowestoft, the easternmost point of England, Dave Foster covered an impressive 425 miles hiking to St Davids, the westernmost top of Wales, to raise funds for people affected by conflict and disaster across the world.

Dave first learnt about ShelterBox through his membership of the Rotary Club of Evesham, an organisation that works closely with the charity as an official partner.

This year he is walking 'up hill' from Lands End to Marshal Meadows on the English Scotland border.

On the night of Thursday May 14th Dave will be in Callington.

Why not meet him and wish him good luck for his onward journey?

Here is a short film of his East - West journey.
