The club meets every Wednesday at 7pm. For in-person meetings, the venue is The Holiday Inn, Clarendon Road, Watford, WD17 1UE. Meetings are alternated between Zoom on-line and inperson each week.
Our members volunteer their time and talents to serve our local communities and help with international projects to advance goodwill and peace the world over. We are part of a worldwide organisation of 33,000 clubs who have worked over the last 30 years to erradicate the Polio virus.

Watford Rotary Celebrates It’s Centenary In Style
100 years of service to the local community was marked recently by Watford Rotary with a VIP attended dinner held at Shendish Manor.
VIP guests included the Kings Representative for Hertfordshire Lord-Lieutenant Robert Voss, Watford MP Dean Russell, Mayor Peter Taylor, Rotary UK Board Chair Robert Morris and District Governor Barbara Middleton. The evening also had an International flavour with members of our sister club of Nancy France joining us.
Lord-Lieutenant Voss read out a message from King Charles congratulating Watford Rotary and offering his best wishes for it’s success, which it definitely was. Shendish Manor served a superb meal, entertainment was supplied by the Rickmansworth Players and we even had time for a bit of dancing at the end.
Funds raised from a raffle and silent auction will go to the Watford Blind Centre to help with their modernisation project, The Peace Hospice and other local charities.
If anyone would like to find out more about the work we do, or are interested in joining Watford Rotary, please contact us at watfordrotary@btinternet.com.
