About us

WE ARE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT DURING THE COVID CRISIS THE CLUB DONATED SEVERAL THOUSANDS OF POUNDS TO WORTHING FOODBANK TO ENABLE THEM TO REPLENISH THEIR FOOD SUPPLIES WHICH HAD BECOME ALMOST EXHAUSTED.

WE HAVE ALSO PROVIDED £2000 TO WORTHING COMMUNITY CHEST AND OUR CLUB'S APPEAL TO 'FEED A CHILD AT CHRISTMAS' RAISED A SUBSTANTIAL SUM.

WE HAVE RESPONDED TO THE PANDEMIC WHICH HAS BEEN SWEEPING THROUGH OUR COMMUNITY BY GIVING MONEY TO THOSE MOST IN NEED.

Our club celebrated its centenary in 2022 and since our founding, members have striven to help alleviate poverty and the wretchedness that so many millions of people have suffered and still suffer in our fractured world.  We also try to help those in need in our local community. We hope to show on this website that involvement with Rotary is also enjoyable with friendly people and lots of social activities.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SOMETIMES OUR CLUB DOES NOT MEET ON THE FIRST MONDAY IN THE MONTH SO PLEASE CHECK ON THIS WEBSITE FOR MEETINGS.
