The competition aims to encourage young people of secondary school age to develop a range of skills involved in the preparation of a two- or three-course meal.

From 3rd November to 8th December, the Club opened and ran a charity shop in Borough Fields, Royal Wootton Bassett.

A score of Club members and friends took a coach to have lunch aboard the historic SS Great Britain. Lunch was followed by a thorough guided tour of the ship including a viewing from the bottom of the dry dock.
