Now in its eighth year this exciting event ran from January to March, at the Northampton Teamworks Indoor Karting Arena. The first heat started on Tuesday 23rd January with the Final on Tuesday 2nd April.

RoKart 2016

Starting in January teams of colleagues and friends banded together to take part in a karting challenge. All proceeds went towards funding an ultrasound scanner for the oncology dept. at NGH.

This was to be a celebration of St Paddy's day but, as next week is the actual event, we are having Chief Judge, David Harding conduct a 'show and tell' on the project for this year, which will give a chance for volunteers to ask questions.

ShelterBox Collection for the Philippines typhoon

Volunteers from all 4 local clubs manned a display of a ShelterBox tent and filled box and collected over £1,300 from the public.

Walking Weekend 2013

This year's walking weekend was in the Malvern Hills. We stayed right in the centre of Great Malvern, at the Abbey Hotel, which abuts the Priory itself, ideal both for those who wanted to walk and those who didn't, but wanted to see the local sights.

Paul Harris Fellows' evening

Once a year we formally honour our Paul Harris Fellows. Fellowships are awarded to those in the community who have 'put in a little more than the norm'

Monthly walk

We congregated at the Old Cherry Tree, Great Houghton in time to get booted up for a 5-miler - across the fields, down to the flood plain, back to the village and then the 'dog-walk' on the made path around the pond near Brackmills.
