Jackie Wellman and Bob Taylor from the Rotary Club of Rayleigh Mill were on the road again in one of Rotarian Steve Gale’s vans on the 5th of May collecting yet more unused, unwanted bicycles from the Rayleigh, Hockley, and Southend areas.
