In association with the Rotary Club of Kigali Gasabo in Rwanda, the Club's International Committee has raised $61,000 to improve the Komera Centre, which supports over 140 youngsters whose disabilities include deafness and mental disorders.

Our annual charity walks of 5 or 14 miles, with a cream tea in St Mawes to finish. For teams there were "grown up" challenges. This year's proceeds, over £5,500, went to Cornwall Hospice Care and Rotary funds.

A small group of members regularly tends the garden of the children's play area at the Royal Cornwall Hospital at Treliske, and has helped to replant the roundabout in front of the Tower Block in support of the Phoenix Appeal.
