The Rotary Club of Falmouth organises a number of events and activities to raise money for charity. Our main push this year has been to raise funds for the Robotic Surgery Fund of Royal Cornwall Hospitals Charity.

Weekly Meetings
The Falmouth Rotary Club meets each Monday lunchtime at alternate locations: the Greenbank Hotel in Falmouth (1st and 3rd Monday) and the Penmorvah Manor Hotel in Budock Water (2nd and 4th Monday).

A wine tasting fundraiser was held at Mawnan Memorial Hall on 24th Nov. It was very successful and raised more than £450 for Rotary charities. Thanks to Rod Allday and Peter Griffiths for the organisation.

Falmouth Rotary Support During Covid-19
The Rotary Club of Falmouth helped to support vulnerable people during the Covid-19 crisis. The club transferred funds totalling £3300 to the town’s Salvation Army Centre, Falmouth Age Concern and the Dracaena Centre.

The Rotary Technology Tournament has been running since 1989 and was rolled out nationally in 2011. The Rotary Club of Falmouth held the first one in Cornwall in 2018.
