DEMENTIA FORUM
· How does Aberaeron and the surrounding District support those members of its Community who are affected by Dementia?
· What opportunities exist to provide support for the Carers?
· How do organisations inform the local population of what support is available?
To investigate the answers to these questions, we are hosting a Dementia Forum at
Aberaeron Memorial Hall, South Rd, Aberaeron SA46 0DP on Thursday 12th October
between 2pm to 4pm
Organisations will be on hand to discuss local support and initiatives and also to hear your stories and what you would like to be available to help you “Live Well” with Dementia
For further details, contact
