Due to the diligence of the Rotary Clubs of Blackpool, the four Clubs have ‘Thought Differently’ and had an illumination created to promote Rotary. This can now be seen by hundreds of thousands of visitors to the resort and stands proudly just before the tableaux at Bispham.
